*Read carefully!! If you close the deal you will be accepting these terms!!

These terms are subdivided in 2 main sections as shown below:

Section 1.

Section 1.1: Slot List

Once you request a slot, I will hold said slot as yours for a maximum period of

1 working day after I have sent the information for payment. Once this day is over, and
the payment has not been completed, the slot will be opened once more for other
customers.

Mind your place in the commissions wait list and do not try to skip the line!
If you need more time to complete the payment, I am open to making a timeframe that can fit with your schedule, as long as you inform me of this beforehand.

If needed, I can reserve a slot for you if you are not able to pay on the same day as you make the order, but, you will only get in the wait list once the payment has been completed, and your place on the list will be determined by when you have paid, people that have reserved slots and that have paid first will get their order done first!

I will only start working on your order once the payment is completed

My maximum deadline is 3 months after the payment has been completed!! If

any delays happen, I shall tell you as soon as possible!!

Section 1.2: Payment Methods

Down below are the payment methods I accept:

Paypal:

- After requesting the slot, I will send you an invoice. (Do not send me
anything that isn’t trough invoice and, in the event that something is missing or is
wrong on said invoice, tell me so I can fix it) (If the account you use to pay for the order
is not yours, ask for authorization from the owner before buying!! If you don’t ask for
their approval and they ask for a refund, I will no longer sell to you!!)

Section 1.3: Refund Policies

Refunds shall be given in case the terms under the Section 2.2 have been

violated or it has been over 2 weeks past the maximum deadline.

You are eligible for a full refund if:

- The order has not been started yet;
- The order does not have any approved sketches.

You are eligible for a partial refund if:

- The drawing has an approved sketch. (I will discount the equivalent of a sketch
commission and give you back the rest of the money that was paid). (Check my
pricelist for better comprehension)

- The drawing has not been fully completed but has a complete or partially
completed line art. (You will receive back half of the paid value).

- The drawing is in the process of coloring and does not have the shading either
partially of fully completed. (It is just the flat color) (You will receive back 1⁄4 of the paid
value).

- Refunds due to delays in the deadline shall be processed according to the
terms above!!

- Alongside the refund you will also receive the drawing as it is, it being either a
complete sketch or a completed flat color illustration.

- It is not possible to get a refund for a drawing that is already completed or in
the process of being fully completed (The shading is being finished). You must also
present a justifiable reason to ask for a refund.

Obs.: In case you ask for a refund after you have already received the
commission, I will no longer sell to you! This causes a lot of problems to me and also
consumes a lot of my time and may cause me some financial losses!

Section 2.1: Work Methodology

After you have completed the payment, your order will be added to the commission’s wait list and, once it is your order’s turn to be completed, I shall make a sketch for your approval.

Each step of the drawing will be sent to the client for approval, and I shall only proceed to the next step once the current one is approved.

I will send updates on the client’s order status every time I work on it, so that they might keep track of its progress. It is also a right of yours to ask for W.I.P’s to check the progress of the order, as long as you don’t abuse it.

Once the drawing is completed I shall send you the completed work in a .png file or another format that has little to no quality losses due to compression. The illustration shall also contain my signature or my watermark on it.

Section 2.2: Terms of Work

Do not steal or trace my work!! If you do that, I will report you!

Before you buy, make sure that you have at least an Image/drawing of you character in full color (It can be on paper too), otherwise I will not accept the order!! I do not do character designs and customs!!

You are free to use the drawing you have ordered as long as you don’t do any changes to it that may mischaracterize the artwork and that you credit me if you intend to use it publicly. Do not use my artwork for any commercial use before asking me for permission!! (In the face of doubt, ask me first)

While I am working on the commissions, refrain from constantly asking about the orders that are ahead of yours, have patience and wait for your turn!! I will tell you once I get to your order and you can always check my wait list!! (It is publicly available for you to see).

Do not ask to skip the line, unless it is for an important reason, which you should tell me before you make the order!! Do not insist!!

In the matter of changes to the artwork as it is being made, ask for them in

the right time and right step of the artwork, so I don’t have to come back and re-do
everything!! So, always pay close attention to the W.I.P’s I send you, they are there so
you can see if there are any errors and for you to show me what is wrong!!

I reserve the right to refuse any changes that are drastic in nature and are out

of time. (Once a step is approved and the next one is started, I will no longer be going
back to change anything!!)

Do not abuse of the right to criticize!! Unfounded criticism shall be ignored!! If

you keep insisting I may cancel your order!!

I do not make NSFW of any kind, especially those that contain:

- Explicit Nudity;
- A representation of some sort of fetish, be that explicit or not;
- Blood and gore excessively;
- Strongly suggestive themes.

In case any of these terms are violated, sanctions will be applied as listed below on Section 2.3.

Section 2.3: Applicable Sanctions

If any of the terms above is violated, you will be eligible to the following
sanctions:
- Warning: You will receive a warning about the terms that have been violated.
- Cancelled order: Your order shall be cancelled and you will be refunded
following the policies of Section 1.3.
- Ban: If it is a very grave violation, I will then cancel all your orders, be it the
current one or any future ones, refunding you by following the policies of Section 1.3
and I shall no longer take your orders.
